We installed the MetaVue in October and we are very satisfied with the way it matches colors. We have measured some samples as small as 1/4″ and matched perfectly. We have reduced our mismatches from 3-4 a month to zero, could not be happier and would highly recommend it to others.

The MetaVue Scanner is most defiantly the best color analyzer I have ever used. It is easy to set up. Very easy to learn and then train the other staff members on the use and maintenance of the equipment. I’ve noticed a decline in miss tints and oops paint cense I installed the MetaVue system. the biggest deference is the ability to scan samples as small as 1/8th of an inch apposed to the quarter size samples we used to need. I was also impressed with the ability to separate colors from a patchwork sample. Absolutely amazing piece of equipment very impressed. Very Happy with the purchase.

We went to the X-Rite booth at the last show to see a demo of the MetaVue color matching system. After seeing the demo we ordered a MetaVue color matching system for both of our stores. We could not be happier with our decision. The MetaVue has enabled us to scan small and imperfect color samples with very high accuracy that we couldn’t do with our old system. To get great results we used to require a good quality sample about the size of the nail on your pinky finger. With the MetaVue color matching system we only need a sample slightly larger than the diameter of a BB to get a higher quality match and great results. It is easy to use and has increased staff confidence in our color matching and customer satisfaction with the results. The MetaVue color matching system is a true leap forward in capability.

We are impressed with the ability to pull a single color from a multi color sample, ie carpet. We are able to correct a color if needed with ease. For instance, we had a customer choose a stock color sample, and when he took it home he found it was too reddish purple, and brought it back to us with another color sample. We used the color correction process to “fix” the original color and match to his preferred sample. We also like being able to choose the size of the color sample – larger to smaller details. The machine and program is user friendly and makes tinting paint much easier. Our mis-tint paint count has reduced tremendously using the MetaVue. Compared to previous models, the MetaVue is much easier and much more efficient to use.
