FMPlus Membership ($199/year) is a discount program that gives you 25% off all repairs — parts, labor, and travel — for enrolled equipment. It’s ideal if you want savings without committing to scheduled maintenance.
FMPro Basic Care ($500–$650/year) includes an annual preventive maintenance visit with comprehensive equipment checks, plus all FMPlus benefits.
FMPro Premium Care ($700–$1,800/year) is our all-inclusive plan that covers everything: annual maintenance, extended warranty, all replacement parts, and on-site labor and travel at no extra cost.
Service plans are available for Fluid Management dispensers, mixers, and shakers that are under 5 years old. To check your equipment’s age, find the serial number on your machine — the first two digits indicate the manufacturing month, and the last two digits indicate the year.
For example, a serial number ending in “0124” was manufactured in January 2024. If you’re unsure about your equipment’s eligibility, call us at 1-800-462-2466 and we’ll help you verify.
Our annual preventive maintenance visit includes a comprehensive inspection and tune-up of your dispenser:
- Color dispense accuracy calibration and verification
- Circuit board diagnostics and testing
- Mechanical component inspection and adjustment
- Leak detection and seal inspections
- Nozzle cleaning and maintenance
- Firmware updates to the latest version
- Overall system performance evaluation
Yes! You can upgrade your service plan at any time. If you’re currently on FMPlus Membership and want to add preventive maintenance, you can upgrade to Basic Care or Premium Care. We’ll prorate the cost based on your current plan’s remaining term.

Premium Care covers nearly everything related to your dispenser’s core functionality. However, the following items are not included:
- PC monitors
- Printers
- Barcode scanners
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Consumable items like colorant and cleaning supplies

FMPlus Membership renews annually with no long-term commitment — you can cancel at any renewal date.
FMPro Basic Care offers two options: a 3-year commitment at $500/year, or annual enrollment at $650/year with no long-term commitment.
FMPro Premium Care is an annual plan that renews each year.
Service plans are priced per piece of equipment. However, with Premium Care, you get an added benefit: all other Fluid Management equipment in your store (mixers, shakers, etc.) automatically receives FMPlus discount benefits at no extra charge.
