How It Works
Purchase
Purchase a qualifying MetaVue device.
Claim
Visit the Claim Now page on myxritetradein.com after 15 days but before 180 days from your purchase date.
You will need to provide the below details:
- Date of purchase
- Place of purchase
- Invoice/Receipt Number
- Serial Numbers (For your new and old spectrophotometer)
- Upload proof of purchase
- Personal details
- Bank details (if you choose to use the wire transfer method of receiving your rewards)
Trade in
On receiving your approval email to trade in:
- Package and return your qualifying trade-in, as per the instructions received in the approval email.
- Trade-Ins must be received within 180 days of your MetaVue purchase date.
- Once received, your trade-in device shall be tested to ensure it meets the criteria laid out in the Terms.

Payment
Your claim will be paid within 30 days of validation to your nominated bank account.
