Extended Warranty Program

With an Extended Warranty, you can be sure your equipment is covered for repair or replacement to ensure reliable performance year after year.

Preventative Maintenance Plan
Fluid Management is committed to helping you find the most effective way to protect your investment in our Accutinters. Preventative Maintenance ensures that your equipment is performing at the top of it’s game for all your years of ownership.
Once each year during your contract, an FM tech will come on-site to:
- Confirm dispense accuracy
- Check machine circuits and relay voltages
- Check and test motors and pumps
- Check agitation system for proper operation
- Visually inspect all pumps and fittings for leaks
- Clean the dispense nozzle
- Check colorant canisters and agitators
- Update software, firmware, drivers and databases
- Retrain associates on operation and cleaning as required
FAQ's
What does the PPCP Cover?
The Preferred Partner Care Program (PPCP) extends your OEM warranty on your dispenser for the duration of the contract. Peripherals such as PC’s, label printers, barcode scanners and other accessories attached to the dispenser are not covered under this program.
What do I get with the PPCP?
One Preventative Maintenance service visit during the 1 year contract term, Priority Technical Support, FM Direct Connect remotely support to trouble shoot problems that can be fixed over the phone or by remote control of your computer, Full Warranty – Including drive time, labor, and parts for the dispenser.
How long am I covered?
The contract duration of PPCP is 1 year with an option to renew based on the age of your dispenser at the end of the 1 year contract. Coverage begins the day your application is submitted and accepted!
Am I qualified for the PPCP?
Fluid Management Accutinters with a manufacture date less than 5 years ago are eligible. Equipment that has been resold or bought used may require a wellness visit by a technician before coverage can begin. this visit may incur a fee. Please call 888-884-4313 if this applies to your machine to discuss your options.
The PPCP Program is offered exclusively from Fluid Management and only covers equipment of the AccuTinter (AT) Series. Fluid Managment at their dispersion may choose to not accept an application for the PPCP Program. Used equipment and equipment that is no longer running the originally installed colorant system may not qualify. Please call 888-884-4313 to speak with a representative if your equipment was purchased used or refurbished.
