Important Update: X-Rite Launches Easier Access to Technical Support

Our partner, X-Rite, has announced a new and improved way for customers to get technical support for their products. Going forward, requests submitted through the My X-Rite portal will be given priority by X-Rite’s support team.

What’s Changing

  • Support requests submitted through My X-Rite will be handled first.

  • X-Rite’s team is available Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

  • Email requests are still accepted, but responses may take longer as priority will be given to portal submissions.
